The Nothin’ Dragon Paddling Society board is pleased to announce that long-time and now alumni member, Ric Tesan, was appointed an Honorary Member at our August 14, 2025 meeting.
Ric joined the Nothin’ Dragon Masters in 2009 and has been a driving force in shaping the spirit and growth of our club. He championed the importance of caring for our older members, and through his persistence we now have both Alumni and Rec membership options.
Ric often reminded us of the need to support the club’s future, encouraging the creation of a feeder system so we would never “age out.” He was also the mastermind behind the Deep Cove Paddle and consistently rallied the team for exciting excursions—whether to Europe, the Yukon, or other adventures that strengthened our bonds both on and off the water.
