Dryland Fitness Thursday

Implements should NOT be dropped to the floor as rooms below could be in use. Lower implements quietly please.

Enjoy fitness with instructor Lisa of the Draggin’ Divas and keep up with strength training during the winter months.

Starting in November and running through March

NEW: Hosted by the Draggin’ Divas paddling team, weekly sessions will take place Thursdays at Old Mill Boathouse (upstairs) starting by 5:30 sharp.

NOTE: A waiver must be signed before you take part. Click here to download the waiver and print it. Please bring it to the session.

Sessions run from 5:30–6:30 pm with a small $2.00 fee. So remember to leave a ‘Toonie on the Table’ to support Lisa.

Talk to your captains if you have any questions.

What to bring: bands, mat, towel, small weights and a heavier set, and proper footwear.
