Dryland Fitness

Enjoy fitness with instructor Lisa J! Everyone on the team is expected to be keeping up with strength training during the winter months (Oct. 10 to March 13).

Weekly sessions will take place Thursdays at Moody Elementary (2717 St. Johns St, Port Moody) starting at 5:30 sharp.

NOTE: A waiver must be signed before you take part. Click here to download the waiver and print it. Please bring it to the session.

Sessions run from 5:30–6:30 pm with a small $2.00 fee. So remember to leave a ‘Toonie on the Table!’

Talk to your captains if you have any questions.

What to bring: bands, mat, towel, small weights and a heavier set, and proper footwear. [All Attendees must wear appropriate footwear in the gyms. Outdoor footwear is restricted.]

We usually head to the Legion after so factor that in if you’d like to relax with teammates after the workout. We’ll be very close to our usual Thursday hangout, the Port Moody Legion.
