Weekly sessions will now take place Thursdays at the Old Mill Boathouse starting at 5:30 sharp.
NOTE: A waiver must be signed before you take part. Click here to download the waiver and print it. Please bring it to the session.
Sessions run from 5:30–6:30 pm with a small $2.00 fee. Remember to sign the attendance sheet and leave a ‘Toonie on the Table!’

What to bring: bands, mat, towel, small weights and a heavier set, and proper footwear.
We usually head to the Port Moody Legion after so factor that in if you’d like to relax with teammates after the workout.
