Message from Kris:

  • Have a strap and bands ready for isometrics.

  • try to organize a heavier weight for the exercises for lats: 15-30lbs handle weight or kettle weight and some more elastic band that you can make a loop around your knees (both legs).

Sessions are recorded and available for multiple uses.

Kris suggests doing Monday’s session again near the end of the week.
